Items Not Eligible for Refunds

While we aim to accommodate most requests, certain items are excluded from refunds:

  • Clearance and Final Sale Items: Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Digital Products: Downloadable or digital content once accessed or downloaded.
  • Gift Cards and Vouchers: These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How to Request a Refund

  3. Follow Return Instructions:
    If your refund request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning the product.


Returning an Item

When returning a product, please ensure the following:

  • The product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • It includes all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • The return is shipped using a traceable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

The return address will be provided by our support team. Easy To Do SHOP is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.


Refund and Exchange Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the returned product has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Shipping Costs and Refunds

  • If the refund is due to a defect, incorrect item, or error on our part, Easy To Do SHOP will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • If the refund is due to reasons such as a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Timeframes

Promotions and Bundled Items

For items purchased as part of a promotion or bundle, the refund amount will reflect the discounted price paid. If a single item from a bundle is returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.


Force Majeure Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, customs delays, or pandemic-related disruptions. However, if your order is delayed by more than 30 additional days, you may request a resolution.
